    A After changing the punch, it is usually necessary to check the concentricity of the mold and make minor adjustments. The CNC movement of the three sets of molds is controlled by the servo system, and is accompanied by feedback from photoelectric encoders. The positioning accuracy can reach within ±0.2mm. It is recommended to regularly calibrate the position of the mold library and clean the punching waste to avoid affecting the movement accuracy.
  • Q When the hydraulic system has unstable pressure or the slide table is crawling, which components should be checked first?

    A It is recommended to first check the hydraulic oil level and whether the oil temperature is too high, then check the working status of the hydraulic pump and the overflow valve, and confirm whether there is internal leakage in the balance cylinder. Regularly replacing the hydraulic oil and filter element can effectively avoid such problems.

    A The single-edge shearing design ensures a neat cutting surface and no waste. Under normal operating conditions, there will be no obvious deformation. Please refer to the equipment parameter table for the specific maximum shearing thickness (usually related to the angle steel specification), and replace the filter element regularly within the recommended range to ensure the quality of the cut.
  • Q What medium does the micro mist cooling lubrication system need to be added regularly? What is the maintenance cycle?

    A The system uses a special micro mist cooling lubricating fluid. It is recommended to check the fluid level and whether the nozzles are clogged once every 200 hours of operation, and replace the filter element regularly according to the usage frequency to ensure the cooling and lubrication effect.

    A Each drilling unit can accommodate three drill bits of different diameters. The drill bits are made of hard alloy material. Replacement requires stopping the operation.
